VIVIFY IDEAS - A CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR FUNDING THE PROJECTS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHILDREN'S HEALTH (DEADLINE: OCTOBER 14, 2019)

Vivify Ideas launched a call for proposals for funding the projects that directly contribute to improving children's health. The competition is open until October 14, 2019. 1,200,000 dinars will be awarded through the competition.

The Geneva-based Fetisov Humanitarian Foundation launched an international competition for the Fetisov Journalism Awards (FJA).  The deadline for submitting applications is October 1, 2019.

THE BRITISH PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CIVIC ACTIVISM IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN SOUTH SERBIA (DEADLINE: OCTOBER 6, 2019)

Local civil society organizations from Jablanica, Pcinj, Nis and Pirot districts may, by 6 October, apply for projects of public interest that can improve the quality of a larger number of citizens, while those selected will receive from the British Council grants amounting from 3,500 to 8,500 British pounds.

Bujanovac – A digital system has been installed in the hall of the Bujanovac Municipal Assembly, which, as announced by the Mayor's office, "will raise the level of efficiency of the work of councilors".

RSD 490 MILLION EARMARKED FROMT THE LOCAL FUND FOR CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Belgrade – The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government allocated RSD 490 million for 77 projects of cities and municipalities this year, and it was planned that those funds would be even greater the following year, said Branko Ruzic,  the Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
