Nis – As part of the project worth 170,000 euros, which was aimed at empowering vulnerable and marginalized groups in 34 local self-governments in the southeastern and southwestern parts of Serbia, the European Union and the Government of Switzerland provided grants for the self-employment of 28 people whose ideas were recognized as the best ones.

Bujanovac – Public Enterprise "Komunalac" in Bujanovac got the requested approval of the Municipal Council for the planned restrictions in water supply during the summer period.

The entrance exam for enrollment in the first year of study is being taken, today, at the Subotica Faculty of Economics’ Department in Bujanovac.  Mladen Sarcevic,  Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development, and Zoran Stankovic, President of the Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, wished good luck to the future students.  

Medvedja – With the aim of strengthening the economic potential and development of Medvedja, which belongs to the most underdeveloped municipalities in the Republic of Serbia, the current leadership of the municipality took a number of steps. It is noteworthy that significant progress in the sphere of the economic recovery of the municipality was made over the past three years.

Bujanovac - Stefan Manasijevic from Bujanovac says that the funds he received through the call of applications of the European Progress Program are a big chance for him. Stefan got the grants for starting his own business or the business of manufacturing beehives and frames through the call for applications "Your Idea, Our Support." 

Bujanovac – A voluntary blood donation campaign will be conducted at the “Vuk Karadzic” community center in Bujanovac from 9 am to 3 pm on Thursday, June 29. 

Belgrade, Presevo – The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia announced the tender for the construction of an intersection, sewer lines, water supply lines, telecommunication lines and electrical installations in the industrial zone in Presevo called Cukarka.

Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja - Nebojsa Stefanovic, the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, signed with Mladen Sarcevic, the Education Minister, Protocol on Cooperation on the program "The Fundamentals of Children's Safety," thanks to which a new optional subject would be introduced in primary schools this September. 

Civil society organizations from Serbia, through TechSoup Balkans program, have the opportunity to apply for Micorosft solutions grants, or for the latest versions of software programs.  

Presevo - After having been available in many European countries, the Middle East and America, the beverages manufactured by the Presevo "Fluids" Company are being sold on the Israeli market, too, it was said on the “Titulli” portal and communicated by Info Vranjske.
