Bujanovac, Vranje – The activists and volunteers of the "Civic Initiatives" NGO will speak with the residents of Bujanovac and Vranje about the spending of financial resources from the EU funds at the central squares of the two cities.

Nis, Bujanovac – Goran Nakic from the village of Rakovac in the municipality of Bujanovac, the valedictorian of his class at the Faculty of Economics in Nis, together with 30 of the best students and graduates of the University of Nis, received, yesterday, the Saint Sava award at a ceremony held at the Nis City Hall.

Bujanovac – The team of the “Saint Sava” secondary vocational school won the first place in the chess tournament held on January 31, which is the Day of the City of Vranje. The team from Bujanovac was led by Nenad Tasic, a teacher of mathematics.

Medvedja - Part of waste water from the flotation of the “Lece” mine near Medvedja spilled       into the Jablanica River when a wall, which is located right next to the mine works, gave in  along a five-meter length.

Belgrade – The Working Body for Youth Safety of the Youth Umbrella Organization of Serbia (KOMS) announced a competition for funding local initiatives for improving the safety of young people and advancing the security culture of young people in 12 cities and municipalities in Serbia. The call is open until January 30.

Belgrade – The Youth Umbrella Organization and the Association of Young Roma of Serbia invite all interested young Roma men and women, aged up to 30, to apply for the training and practice program within the project "More Experience for More Employment Opportunities for young Roma".
