Galip Beciri, President of the Albanian National Council, says that 70 percent of the required textbooks in the Albanian language for primary schools were provided for the upcoming school year.

FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR FIRST-GRADE STUDENTS IN PRESEVO, BUJANOVAC AND MEDVEDJA

Belgrade, August 30, 2013 – On Monday, September 2, nine hundred first-grade students of elementary schools in Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja will receive free school supplies that are worth 804,602.40 dinars.

The works on the part of Corridor 10, which is 21.5 kilometers long, are completed. The said section stretches from the village of Levosoje, which is situated in the municipality of Bujanovac, to the Macedonian border, said the Director of Corridor Serbia Dimitar Djurovic.

The mountainous areas of the municipality of Presevo will get paved roads, too, while the village of Gornja Sosaja will have a 4 - kilometer paved road.

Vranje – In early August, the "Sasa Janjic Cale" memorial tournament was organized in the village of Levosoje near Bujanovac, in memory of the tragically deceased football player from that village.

The employees of the "Saba Belca" Company from Presevo completed the paving with asphalt of King Milan Street, which used to be called Vardarska Street and which leads from the main road in Bujanovac to the green and cattle market.
