Medvedja - An official invitation to meet with the US Ambassador to Serbia Kyle Scott was extended to the municipality of Medvedja earlier this month.

A public call for IPARD incentives for investments in physical assets of farms – the purchase of new machinery and equipment – was issued, while the deadline for the submission of applications for granting the incentives is from December 25, 2017 until February 26, 2018.

he call for applications "We, Too, Can Do It" is a great opportunity for the residents of the municipalities of Presevo, Sid and Subotica to implement the projects that improve the local community thanks to the financial support of up to 700,000 dinars.

Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, wished a Happy New Year 2018 to the inhabitants of these municipalities and wished them good health and personal and professional development.

Bujanovac – The budget of the municipality of Bujanovac is now 60 million dinars larger than it used to be because the Electric Power Industry of Serbia public company paid the aforementioned amount to the municipality as compensation for the use of the municipal public spaces, the local self-government sated.  

Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja - Branislav Nedimovic, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia, said that after a period of eight years, Serbia had begun using pre-accession EU grants for agriculture - IPARD in the amount of 175 million euros.

Medvedja – At the 17th session of the Municipal Assembly of Medvedja, its members  unanimously adopted the budget for 2018, for which it was said to be for the purpose of development of Medvedja.

Bujanovac - Of 1.165 billion dinars, which is the projected budget of the municipality of Bujanovac, nearly 198 million dinars were earmarked for the operation of the Municipal Administration.

Medvedja – The Sports Association of Medvedja, in cooperation with the "Heart for Children" association and the “Gornja Jablanica” primary school, organized the "Sports Games 2017" event, which was, this year, dedicated to children and persons with disabilities.
