Belgrade - The Government of the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Ministry of Finance, the Department for Contracting and Financing Programs from the EU Funds (CFCU), issued a call for the submission of summarized project proposals for granting funds for the purpose of undertaking the activities aimed at providing permanent housing solutions and improving infrastructure in Roma settlements.

Presevo - On the occasion of the first anniversary of the opening of the Reception Centre in Presevo, the working group for solving the issue of mixed migration flows held a meeting at that place last weekend. The meeting was attended by Ministers Aleksandar Vulin, Nebojsa Stefanovic and Zlatibor Loncar.

Medvedja – On Saturday, the Tourist Organization of Medvedja, in cooperation with the local community of Bogunovac and the municipality of Medvedja, organized a traditional event, the 8th.  Bogunovac Games ", which was held in the meadows of Bogunovac located close to the elementary school.

Medvedja – A landslide, which had been caused by a heavy rainfall in the upper part of the Jablanica region, stated coming down a steep slope in Lece.  Since it poses a danger to the environment and the flow of traffic on the local road, which is of great importance to the operation of the “Lece” mine, it needs to be remedied as soon as possible.  

Grants that may be obtained for the purchase of the irrigation equipment are specified in the rules on incentives for supporting investments in the primary agricultural production. The irrigation equipment that may be purchased includes the following: irrigation pumps, power generators to run the pumps, “drop by drop” irrigation systems, sprinkler systems and irrigation systems for protecting from frost.

Medvedja – The "Petar Petrovic Njegos" library in Medvedja organizes the "Summer in the Library" program, which is designed as a series of workshop-type activities. It is intended for the children of primary school age with the aim of making them take a greater interest in literature and arts, developing all forms of expression and encouraging creativity.

Bujanovac – A 232 kilometers’ long scouts’ regatta called "The Sad Morava River", which will be conducted along the whole course of the South Morava River, from Bujanovac to Varvarin, and which will bring together 300 participants, will be held from July 17 to 26.

Мedvedja - Nebojsa Arsic, the Mayor of Medvedja, and Goran Ivanovic, the Deputy Mayor,  visited the works on the renovation of curbs and pavements in Jablanicka street. The value of the investment is estimated at 5.6 million dinars, excluding VAT, while the works are performed by the "Investprodukt" DOO company from Lebane.
