Presevo, Bujanovac – The International Day of Migrants was welcomed by the world with 258 million people on the move. Of these, 40 million people were displaced because of conflicts, while millions leave their homes every year due to climate change and natural disasters.

Medvedja – Thanks to the heroism of its soldiers, the second infantry regiment "Knjaz Mihailo" was called the Iron Regiment. A large number of its soldiers were decorated, while most of those decorated with the Karadjordje's star with swords medal were from the villages in the municipality of Medvedja.

Medvedja – Upon completing the training on how to keep their jobs, work effectively and on the ways of cooperating, businessmen from Medvedja received funds to purchase the equipment or renovate their business premises in order to start a new or improve the existing job.
