Bujanovac - At the initiative of the Coordination Body, a meeting on “The Media in South Serbia after Privatization, Preparation of Project Proposals and the Perspectives”, was held in Bujanovac yesterday. The idea was for representatives of the media to present the problems they face in their work, as well as the proposals for solving them.

Medvedja - Goran Ivanovic, a representative of the group of citizens "For Upper Jablanica",   was elected Deputy Mayor of Medvedja with 19 councilors’ votes.

The conference will be held from June 18 to 20 in Belgrade: in Tasmajdan park and the Bitef Theatre (June 18), the Children's Cultural Centre of Belgrade (June 19) and the Little Theatre "Dusko Radovic" (June 20).

Bujanovac – A training course in writing CVs and cover letters was held at the Development Centre of the Subotica Faculty of Economics’ Department in Bujanovac. 13 students attending classes at various years of study underwent the training.

Medvedja – The tourist organization of Medvedja announced that the very first "Carnival of the Youngest, the Young and the Young at Heart," which was to be held in Medvedja at 7 pm tonight, was postponed for Thursday due to bad weather conditions.
