Belgrade - Ten municipalities in the southeastern and southwestern Serbia will, with the support of the European Union and the Government of Switzerland, and through the European Progress development program, implement the programs of improving the knowledge and skills for  increasing employment among the citizens who belong to the vulnerable groups of the population.

Bujanovac – Children who are from 6 to 18 years old, and who are students of primary and secondary schools in Bujanovac, can sign up for taking part in  the competition for the logo of the campaign that promotes children's rights. The theme of the campaign is raising awareness about the violation of rights and mechanisms for the protection of children's rights.

Presevo, Bujanovac - Zoran Stankovic, President of the Coordination Body, and Ana Brnabic, Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, visited the municipalities of Presevo and Bujanovac.

Bujanovac - Fahri Musliu, a journalist, a writer and a translator, promoted in Bujanovac the monograph “Bekim Fehmiu – The Odysseus from Kosovo.” The monograph contains eight chapters and begins with the one called "Suicide as a Personal Act." The book also includes numerous interviews that Mr. Fehmiu granted during his lifetime.

Presevo – Works on the reconstruction of three sections of the railway corridor 10 between Nis and Presevo, the total length of which is 46.5 kilometers, are running according to plan, and their completion is expected by May next year, the Railways of Serbia said.

Belgrade - The Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs issued a call for submitting project proposals, by the implementation of which the equality between women and men in the Republic of Serbia would be promoted. The measures planned by the project activities should be in line with those planned in the National Strategy.

Bujanovac – The owners of fifteen small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs from the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, who had participated in the Coordination Body Office’s call for applications, were awarded 40 million dinars in grants, which is an incentive for further development of their companies and the creation of more jobs.
