Belgrade - The interior ministers of Serbia, Austria and Hungary signed yesterday a Memorandum of Understanding by which the three countries agreed on the implementation of joint measures aimed at combating irregular migration.

Medvedja - Because she had employed her son without previously conducting a public competition for his position, and because she, in parallel with her function at the Special Hospital, had run a private company, the Ministry of Health, at the request of the Anti-Corruption Agency,  dismissed Dobrica Purenovic from work.

INCREASED RISK OF DISEASES BECAUSE OF MIGRANTS

Nis – The Director of the Institute of Public Health in Nis Branislav Tiodorovic said that due to the large number of migrants who daily passed through Serbia, there was a risk of transmission of certain diseases, such as polio or MERS virus, adding that it was, therefore, necessary for the whole health care system to operate perfectly.
