WEB PORTAL “TITULLI” IN SERBIAN, TOO

7. August 2013.

Bujanovac – A private web portal "Titulli" (Titles) from Bujanovac began publishing the news in the Serbian language, too, owing to the assistance of the Ministry of Culture and Information. Out of nine web portals that provide information to the Albanians in Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja, “Titulli” (Titles) is the first and, so far, the only one that decided to take such a step.

“We launched the web portal a year and a half ago with the aim of being the voice of the Albanians, and now we have got into the Serbian information market, since the Albanians and Serbs have the same problems and both strive to achieve a better quality of life", says Skender Sacipi, the Director.

The site has the average of 8,000 visits per day, while its information is disseminated by the media in Kosovo and Metohija, Macedonia and Albania.

It’s interesting that in these three municipalities in which the Albanians live, Internet portals in Albanian are abundant, whereas the Serbs don’t have a single website that is informative in character.
