"VRANJE DAYS " FROM AUGUST 24 TO 30

Vranje - The most visited and most massive cultural and tourist event in Pcinj District "Vranje Days" will be held this year from August 24 to 30. The organizers of the evnet are currently negotiating with several famous names from show business.

“It is true that we are negotiating, but I don’t want to announce anything until everything becomes certain. I know that the citizens of Vranje eagerly await to hear who will hold free concerts in Vranje, but the names will be announced in a few days, "says Nebojsa Zupančić, a council official.

However, there are things that are certain and already agreed, and they include the holding of a brass memorial in honor of Bakija Bakic and the International Folklore Festival. The evening of traditional music of Vranje will be held at the central stage, where, among others, Ceda Markovic and Vasilisa will perform. As part of the accompanying program, numerous exhibitions, food, ethnic product and book fairs, literary readings and other performances will be held this year too.

The organizers of the event say that the entire program would be defined and communicated to the public in a few days.
