TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL BUILDING MANAGERS

Leskovac – The Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Jablanica and Pcinj administrative districts is organizing a training course for professional building managers from March 27 to 30 and from April 2 to 4, in the period from 9.30 am to 3.45 pm, at 12, Stojan Ljubic St. in Leskovac (Room 2, Upstairs).

Topics to be discussed at the meeting are the following: legal framework regarding the use, management and maintenance of buildings, the administrative and financial aspects of building management and characteristics of buildings, building maintenance and safety procedures.

The requirements for acquiring professional manager skills are the following: at least four-year secondary school education, passed examination for a professional manager, proof that the person has not been sentenced to prison for a crime that makes him/her unworthy of or unfit for performing the duties of a professional manager, the original copy of the contract on being insured from professional liability with the validity period of at least three years and entry in the register, which is kept by the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia. The registration fee is 25,000.00 dinars per participant (plus VAT).
