THE OPERATION OF A DIGITAL PUBLICATION OF DATA STARTS IN VELIKI TRNOVAC IN 2014

The issuing of birth certificates, certificate of citizenship, marriage certificates and death certificates will soon be history at the local office in the village of Veliki Trnovac.

Since 2014, the office of the civil registry at the largest place in the municipality of Bujanovac, which is the village of Veliki Trnovac, will begin issuing personal documents via a computer and a printer.

Digitizing the data from personal documents is a new system of operation that makes many centers that use the system work faster.

"The office in the village of Veliki Trnovac has such a computer but it isn’t operational yet", said Sadik Hiseni, a representative of the office, which expects to start implementing the new operational system in 2014.

The digitization of citizens' personal data, which will be placed in an electronic database, will facilitate the process of issuing identity documents, and will shorten the waiting of the citizens for such documents.

According to Sadik Hiseni, this office has two registrars and three auxilliary field workers, who are ready to issue the documents by hand to about 16 thousand people, including those in the villages of Turija and Končulj.
