THE “GOLDEN GEYSER POT" EVENT HELD AT SIJARINSKA SPA

Medvedja – The 9th tourist and gastronomic event "Golden Geyser Pot" 2019 was held at Sijarinska Spa, near Medvedja. The evnet was organized by the “Gornja Jablanica” sports fishermen, the Tourist Organization of the Medvedja Municipality and the Special Hospital for Rehabilitation "Geyser" from Sijarinska Spa.

The event was held at the quay of the spa river in front of the “Geyser” hotel and the “Sneznik” restaurant at Sijarinska Spa, while 17 teams participated in it.

The best fish broth was prepared by the "Nesa Hairdressing Academy" team from Leskovac, the second place went to the "Tough Guys" team, and the third to the "Who Said Cheers" team.

According to Ljubisa Ristic, the Director of the Medvedja Tourist Organization, the event aims to promote the tourist offer of Sijarinska Spa and the entire southern Serbia, and with the speedy development of the area, it will become increasingly important

The event was opened by Nebojsa Arsic, the Mayor of Medvedja.
