TAXES PAYABLE IN 60 INSTALLMENTS

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia made it possible for the citizens who owe over 200,000 dinars for taxes to pay their debts in as many as 60 installments.

The debtors who failed to pay taxes until March 4, 2016, will, in future, be able to settle their old debts over the next five years. The new rule book, which Dusan Vujovic, the Minister of Finance, signed on Monday, provides benefits to the citizens that haven’t existed so far, and makes it possible for them to pay tax debts of up to 50,000 dinars in as many as 30 installments.

The rule book also provides significant benefits to the debtors whose total tax debt reaches 200,000 dinars without interest. It will be possible for them to repay their debts in a maximum of 50 installments.

Tax debtors in Serbia will be able to apply for rescheduling of the debt that doesn’t exceed two million dinars, without the interest, from April 1 to July 4, 2016.
