START-UP LOANS UNDER THE PROGRAM FOR ENCOURAGING ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FINACIAL SUPPORT TO BRGINNERS IN CONDUCTING BUSINESS OPERATIONS IN 2018

The funds are intended as financial support for investments for people who wish to start their own business, or for the existing entrepreneurs, micro and small companies, which are registered in the Business Registers Agency in the year preceding the year of application at the earliest.

Eligible to apply for the funds under this Program are also the clients who were previously the founders and owners of one economic entity at the most, which was deleted from the register before the publication of the call. The investments that can be financed under this program include: upgrading, reconstruction, renovation and repair of office or manufacturing space, purchase of the equipment (new or used, not older than five years), as well as working capital, which may participate up to 20% in the structure of the total investment.

Business entities that meet the requirements of the Program are entitled to financial support in the form of a grant amounting to 30% of the value of the investments. The remaining amount of the investment will be financed from the loan fund with a maturity of 5 years, within which the grace period is one year, while the rate of interest is 1.5% per annum with a bank guarantee or 3% per annum with other collaterals, including the application of the currency clause.
