SIXTH GOLDEN POT OF THE GEYSER IN SIJARINSKA SPA

Medvedja – The organization of sport fishermen "Upper Jablanica" from the municipality of Medvedja, in cooperation with the Tourist Organization of Medvedja and the "Geyser" hospital for rehabilitation from Sijarinska Spa, is organizing the sixth Golden pot of the Geyser event on August 21.

The agenda of the said tourist and sports event is as follows:

A competition is sport fishing will be held from 8 am to 10 am.

A competition in cooking fish soup will be held on the quay in Sijarinska Spa from 12 am to 2 pm.

Folk ensembles “Vez” and “Romska suza”, which are both from Medvedja, will have their performances from 2 pm onwards.

At 3 pm, the official announcement of the winners will take place in the summer garden of the "Sneznik restaurant. Also, prizes will be awarded, as well as medals, cups and appreciation letters. An entertainment program hosting the "Southerners" orchestra, during which the fish soup cooked during the competition may be tasted, will take place, too.
