“SABA BELCA” COMPANY FROM PRESEVO MAINTAINS LOCAL ROADS IN BUJANOVAC OVER WINTER

Belgrade - The plan of cleaning and maintaining roads over the coming winter was adopted at the meeting of the Center for Emergency Situations of the municipality of Bujanovac, while the job was entrusted to the “Saba Belca” company from Presevo.

According to Enver Ramadani, the Head of the Investments Department of the Bujanovac Municipal Administration, who presented the plan, maintenance would be carried out according to the priority list, while the said company had all the necessary machinery at its disposal to do the job well.

When needed, the public enterprise “Komunalac” will also be engaged for the cleaning and maintenance of roads.

Also adopted at the meeting was the conclusion by which three critical local roads for whose cleaning and maintenance additional manpower and machinery is envisaged in extreme winter conditions. Those roads include the Bujanovac-Zarbince road, the Bujanovac-Dobrosin road and the Bujanovac-Prohor Pcinjski road.

The list of potentially affected population and livestock, which was drawn up based on the report of the presidents of the local communities, was, due to incorrect data, returned for revision.

Miodrag Milkovic, Director of the Bujanovac veterinary station, said that 18 households with around 70 heads of cattle had been threatened during the previous winter.
