RULES ON INCENTIVES FOR INVESTING IN PHYSICAL ASSETS ON FARMS FOR THE PURCHASE OF NEW MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT AND HIGH-QUALITY BREEDING ANIMALS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

The Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection issued the Rules on incentives for investments in physical assets on farms for the purchase of new machinery and equipment and high-quality breeding animals for improving primary agricultural production.

These regulations stipulate in detail the types of incentives to support programs that relate to improving competitiveness through incentives for investments in physical assets on farms for the purchase of new machinery and equipment and high-quality breeding stock, the requirements for and the manner of exercising the right to incentives, as well as application forms and maximum amounts of subsidies per beneficiary.
