21. January 2015.

Vranje – On the occasion of “Vasilica”, the largest Roma holiday, young Roma from “Gornja Čaršija“ (the uptown area of Vranje) organized, last weekend, a Roma ball in Vranje.   The ball was visited by around 350 members of the Roma ethnic minority from Vranje, Macedonia, Leskovac, Nis and Surdulica, who were entertained by the "Young Crystals" band from Macedonia.

Also, the most beautiful Roma girl for 2015 was selected during the ball, as well as the “mister” and the most beautiful couple of the evening.

The Roma ball, which was accompanied by music and dancing, lasted until the early morning hours.

“There were many people from all over Pcinj district, as well as from Macedonia. This is a ball to be remembered", said Senada Asanovic, one of the organizers of the event.
