RAMADAN GALA DINNER FOR 2,000 WORSHIPERS HELD AT VELIKI TRNOVAC

Bujanovac - Organized by the "Caravan Bericeta" and under the slogan of "Brotherhood Knows No Boundaries," the Iftar, a Ramadan gala dinner for 2,000 worshipers from the municipalities of Bujanovac and Presevo was held in Bujanovac last night. .

Agim Haliti, the leader of the local community of Veliki Trnovac, said that Iftar had been for the first time held in the municipality of Bujanovac for such a large number of believers, as well as that the gala dinner had been attended by the Ambassador of Turkey to Serbia Mehmet Kemal Bozaj.

The Iftar was held in an open space near the football stadium at Veliki Trnovac, while Turkish specialties were served during the dinner, which were prepared by the chefs, whose arrival in Bujanovac had been organized by the Municipality of Bayrampasa.

The gala dinner in Bujanovac was attended by Atila Ajdiner, the President of Istanbul borough of Bayrampasa , representatives of the Turkish media, as well as by representatives of the Islamic community and local self- governments of Bujanovac and Presevo.

Prior to organizing Iftar in the municipality of Bujanovac, "Caravan Bericeta" organized the event in Skopje, Sarajevo, Novi Pazar and Tetovo.
