To a public debate on the draft Law on Free Legal Aid,

Which will be held in the small hall of the Cultural Centre in Bujanovac from 13:15 to 15:00 hours on
Tuesday, February 4, 2014.

The participants will be addressed by Nagip Arifi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, Prof. Zoran Srtankovic, PhD, the President of the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac i Medveda, while the draft Law on Free Legal Aid will be presented by Nedjo Jovanovic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, members of the working group for drafting the Law on Free Legal Aid, Dragi Krstic, the Head of the Bar Association of Nis Blazo Nedic, Partners for Democratic Changes Serbia, while the lawyers involved in the work of the Office for Free Legal Aid will share the experiences from their thus‐far practice.

We invite all citizens and members of the professional community to familiarize themselves with the draft wording of the Draft Law on Free Legal Aid (which is available at http://www.mpravde.gov.rs/sekcija/53/radne‐ verzije propisa.php) and to provide their comments on the draft law.
