PUBLIC CALL FOR PROJECT APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCING THE IMPROVEMENT OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN FACILITIES OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE IN LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENTAL UNITS AND CITY MUNICIPALITIES (DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 12, 2020)

On September 28, the Ministry of Mining and Energy issued a public call for project applications in order to finance the improvement of energy efficiency in facilities of public importance in local self-governmental units, as well as in city municipalities.

The distribution of funds for project financing will be done in two phases. In the first phase, applications for the public call will be collected and completed, formal correctness and completeness of applications will be controlled, projects will be evaluated based on the criteria from the public call and an act on determining the list of project order will be adopted. In the second phase, an act on the financing of selected projects will be passed, contracts on the allocation of funds will be signed and the projects will be implemented.

Local self-governmental units, as well as city municipalities, have the right to submit applications.

Applications should arrive at the records office of the Ministry of Mining and Energy, Nemanjina 22-26, Belgrade, and be stamped by November 12, 2020, by 3 p.m.

The document on determining the list of project order will be published on the website of the Ministry http://www.mre.gov.rs/javni-pozivi.php.
