Public Call for Grants Given under the Program of Support for Small Companies and Entrepreneurs at an Early Stage of Development in 2013

As part of the Program of Support for Small Companies and Entrepreneurs at an Early Stage of Development in 2013, the National Agency for Regional Development published a public call for grants. The total available funding for the program is 12,150, 000.00 dinars, whereas the funds will be granted in the amounts ranging from 50,000.00 to 350, 000.00 dinars.

The Program is conducted by the National Agency for Regional Development, in cooperation with the accredited regional development agencies, and it covers about 50 cities and municipalities in the Republic of Serbia, including the municipalities of Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja. 

The overall objective of the program is to increase the level of sustainability and strengthen the competitiveness of small companies and entrepreneurs that are in the early stages of development and that operate in the areas falling behind in the development of this sector in comparison to other parts of Serbia. This will be done through the coordination of their operations with the demands of international business standards, the improvement of business processes, products and services and strengthening of human resources.

Entitled to apply for the funds are small companies and entrepreneurs involved in manufacturing and providing services, which meet the requirements of the competition, which, along with the appropriate forms, are available on the website of the National Agency for Regional Development at www.narr.gov.rs.

The deadline for applications is June 24, 2013.
