You are hereby invited to attend the third working meeting, which is organized by the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government. The meeting will take place at the small hall of the Bujanovac community center, located in Karadjordja Petrovica bb Square, from 11 am to 12 am on Monday, June 20, 2016.

The third meeting is organized in connection with preparing a joint deployment of medical teams of the Army of Serbia and the Ohio National Guard in the area of the Pcinj district in 2016. Bearing in mind that the importance of humanitarian aid provided to the inhabitants of distant villages located in the city of Vranje and the municipalities of Bujanovac and Presevo by different kinds of medical personnel was underscored during the previous official meetings, details related to providing humanitarian aid in the field will be particularly highlighted at this meeting.

The meeting will be attended, in the capacity of observers, by representatives of the US Embassy in Serbia, the Ohio National Guard and the Ministry of Defense of Angola.

Representatives of the media will be able to take photos of the beginning of the event, whereas press statements are scheduled for 12 o’clock noon.
