You are hereby invited to cover the meetings and visit to Presevo and Bujanovac of Zoran Stankovic, President of the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, which will take place on March 12 and 13, 2013.

President of the Coordination Body will visit the flooded villages in the municipalities of Presevo and Bujanovac and will meet with the citizens to discuss the damage caused by the floods. Together with Hranislav Stojkovic, Assistant Minister of Energy, and with the leaders of Bujanovac, he will visit the garbage dump in Rakovac and meet with the citizens.

At the end of his two-day visit, Mr. Stankovic will meet with Peter Burkhard, Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, to whom he will present the situation in South Serbia and the ways of overcoming the problems.

It is planned for the first day of the visit, on March 12, that the President of the Coordination Body, along with Hranislav Stojkovic, Assistant Minister of Energy, meets with the Mayor of Bujanovac, Nagip Arifi, as well as with the key people from the municipality. Following their talks, they are to visit the local community of Rakovac. It is also planned for him to meet with the citizens struggling with the problem of a garbage dump and landfill in Rakovac. Mr. Stanković will, thereupon, meet with the governor of the Pcinj district, representatives of "Inegral", OK"Junior", BSK "Junior" and the junior football club "BSK".

During the second day of the visit, it is planned for him to visit the flooded areas in the local communities of Zeleznicka stanica in Presevo and Levosoje in Bujanovac, as well as to talk with the citizens about the damage inflicted by the floods. Мr. Stankovic will also meet with representatives of the local community of Oslare.

At the end of his visit to the municipalities, Mr. Stankovic will meet with the OSCE Ambassador Peter Burkhard.

After each meeting, representatives of the media will be able to obtain statements from Zoran Stankovic, President of the Coordination Body.
