PHOTO COMPETITION
Leskovac – The Leskovac Cultural Center invites you to be creative while spending time at home and capture important moments from your surroundings with the lens of your camera or mobile phone. Recognizing the importance of photography as a historical document that testifies about the time in which it was made, we have prepared a photo competition called "Quarantine Moments".
The photo competition has two themes: portrait (and self-portrait) and free photography, while each author can send a maximum of 8 photos (up to 4 for each competition theme) taken at home.
The competition is open until May 10, 2020, and submission is by e-mail to foto.lkc@gmail.com.
When submitting photos, authors need to write their first and last name, the names of their photos and their contact phone number.
The selection of photos will be done by Radisav Filipovic, FSS master of photography and ULUPUDS member.
The Leskovac Cultural Center, as the organizer of the photo competition, will prepare and present to the audience an exhibition of the selected photos after the state of emergency has been abolished. The exhibition will be accompanied by a digital display, a digital publication and the presentation of individual photos in the form of short videos with commentary by the selector of the exhibition.
