PENSIONERS CAN APPLY FOR FREE REHABILITATION IN SPAS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 7

Belgrade - Pensioners with an income of up to 27.7 thousand dinars can apply for free rehabilitation in one of the 25 spas until September 7, it is stated in the invitation published by the Republican Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance.

Apart from domestic pensioners whose pensions are less than 27,775 dinars, those who have earned pensions by the application of domestic regulations and on the basis of international agreements, also have the right to apply for a free spa, provided their total pension does not exceed the prescribed amount. An additional requirement for pensioners is that they do not have other personal income, according to the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.

The application is to be accompanied by a pension check, medical documentation, as well as a statement in which the pensioner states the spa where he/she wants to spend a ten-day free rehabilitation. The fund pays full board and the costs of therapy in the spa, while pensioners will be completely medically taken care of during their stay in spas, which includes a medical examination, ECG, laboratory tests, medical examinations by specialists and doctors’ visits.
