ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR DETERMINING THE FEE FOR THE PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT

As of Saturday, July 18, it will be possible, on the LPA portal (lpa.gov.rs), to electronically submit the applications containing important data for determining the fee for the protection and improvement of the environment (ECO tax) for 2020 on Form 1. Persons that are obliged to pay the fee for the protection and improvement of the environment - entrepreneurs and legal entities that undertake specific activities that affect the environment, are informed that the deadline for submitting the application on Form 1 for 2020 expires on July 31, 2020. Notes on entering data in the application form 1:

- It is necessary to state in the application form the period and year to which the application refers (since the data on the period is not an integral part of the form),

- The exact amount of annual income from the previous year is to be entered in the form (not the one in thousands of dinars),

- In the box "local self-governmental units in the territory of which the predominant activity is performed", the total number of local self-governmental units or city municipalities in which the person performs the predominant activity, is to be entered.

Applications for the previous 2019, for the period from December 7 to 31, cannot be submitted electronically.
