NINTH "COMPETITION IN COOKING TRIPE DISHES" HELD IN THE VILLAGE OF KRSEVICA NEAR BUJANOVAC

Bujanovac - The best participant in this year's "Competition in Cooking Tripe Dishes", which was held for the ninth time in the village of Krsevica near Bujanovac, was Stanojko Ilic Cico, a caterer from Vranje.

He was given the certificates for winning first place in two culinary categories, which include cooking a tripe stew and a tripe specialty. 

The culinary and entertainment event "Competition in Cooking Tripe Dishes" attracts more visitors and becomes better and more important from year to year. For the past nine years since it has been held, this year’s event brought together the largest number of participants and visitors.

In the area located in front of the Kale archaeological site, next to the riverbed of the Krsevica River, visitors could, apart from rich musical and entertainment programs, enjoy the delicious tripe dishes prepared by South Serbia’s chefs.
