MIGRANTS FROM PRESEVO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE COURSE FOR CARPENTERS

Presevo – As part of the humanitarian assistance and support that the Care International NGO provides to migrants and refugees in Serbia, and in cooperation with the Adult Education Center in Vranje and the “Nexus” civic association, a three-month course for carpenters was, last October, launched at the reception center for migrants in Presevo.

The people from Care International say that the cooperation was very successful, that the course was successfully completed and that the course beneficiaries acquired the basic knowledge of woodworking and received certificates of the Adult Education Center in Vranje..

“The employees of the Adult Education Center put a lot of efforts into adjusting the training to the particular working conditions at the reception center for migrants in Presevo and successfully implemented it. By its commitment to the project and by making extra efforts, the teaching staff of the Adult Education Center made the course a quality one and instilled into the course beneficiaries enthusiasm for further training and gaining new skills and knowledge," it was stated by the Care International NGO.
