MEDVEDJA SOON GETS A MINI FOOTBALL PITCH

Medvedja - The project of building a mini football pitch is aimed at making sports and all other sporting activities, which can be carried out on this field, popular. Physical inactivity of children, especially of adolescents, has a negative impact on their physical and spiritual development. This situation threatens the public health, and thus the health of individuals, "said Nebojsa Arsic, the Mayor of Medvedja.

The “Investprodukt” Ltd. construction company from Lebane was hired for the construction of the mini football pitch, which would be fenced and covered with artificial grass. The said contractor is obliged to carry out planned works within 60 calendar days. The value of the works is 3,969,360 dinars with VAT, while the deadline for completing the pitch is November 15.

The leveling and concreting of the terrain have been completed so far, which will be followed by enclosing the field with a wooden fence. The mini pitch will be covered with artificial grass and will be used throughout the year.
