Sasa Jankovic, Protector of Citizens (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Serbia, is going to visit Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja next week, where he is going to speak with the citizens and representatives of the local self-governments about the greatest problems there, as well as about an improvement in the exercising of the citizens’ rights. Ombudsman is going to speak with Milan Markovic, Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, as well as with the presidents of these municipalities, about the opening of the Protector of Citizens’ Office in South Serbia in Bujanovac on May 26, 2009, so that this office would be as available as possible to the citizens of the region.
