The Center for Mediation of Corporate Disputes, which was, last week, opened at the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Leskovac, should mediate in resolving the everyday issues among the economic entities in 13 municipalities of the Pcinj and Jablanica districts. Economic problems in South Serbia are pretty great, so that more persistence and patience is needed in order to solve them, whereas the Center for Mediation of Corporate Disputes should provide assistance with resolving them.

This is the very first center of the kind to be opened Serbia, while three mediators should be dealing with resolving the said disputes amicably. According to Goran Jovic, President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Leskovac, this institution is going to provide assistance with resolving the current economic difficulties faster, particularly in the sphere of debtor-creditor relations among legal entities, which will enable the avoiding of costly and long legal proceedings, which are numerous in South Serbia.
