Bujanovac – Luka Mitrovic, a student of Bujanovac primary school "Branko Radicevic", received the prize for the best presenter and speaker at the event called "Competition Days of Young Innovators and Entrepreneurs," which was held in Vranje.

Luka is one of the two best speakers in the competition of the Association of Inventors of Serbia, which was attended by more than a hundred pupils of elementary and secondary schools of the Pcinj District.

Eight-grade students of elementary schools and first- grade students of secondary schools, divided into five-member teams, had the task of designing business plans, and then presenting their business ideas, the aim of which was to encourage their creativity and the application of knowledge from the school, as the organizers said.

"We did not receive a prize for our idea of developing the IT sector in Bujanovac, because the competition was extremely strong and the teams with more realistic business plans won.   Nevertheless, the award that I received is a recognition for the school and I'm happy about it, "Luka said.

He is a great student, he says he likes to read and has no fear of public appearance. On the contrary.

"I participated in all school events, I like to show what I know, and this competition was an opportunity for my comrades and I to show what our city has," he told us.

The production of organic, healthy food, under the name of "Biolada," was declared the best business idea at the competition. The idea was presented by the students of elementary school "J.J. Zmaj "from Vranje.
