“INCLUSION OF ROMA AND OTHER MARGINALIZED GROUPS IN SERBIA – INCLUSION INITIATIVE "- CALL FOR SUBMITTING PROJECT PROPOSALS (DEADLINE: JUNE 16, 2019)

4. June 2019.

As part of the project “Inclusion of Roma and Other Marginalized Groups in Serbia – Inclusion Initiative”, the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) and the German Society for International Development and Cooperation GIZ issued a call for the selection of eight local self-governments that would receive support for the implementation of projects with the aim of implementing innovative and sustainable solutions for the employment of hard-to-employ groups of the population.

Project proposals must be in compliance with national and local strategic documents and must be designed to create new employment opportunities for returnees from EU countries, such as asylum seekers, Roma and other marginalized social groups. The project should also contribute to raising the sensitivity of local communities to the needs and problems faced by the said categories of the unemployed.

The maximum amount of grants available for individual projects under the call is 150,000 euros.

The deadline for submitting project proposals is June 14, 2019, until 3 pm.

More information about the call and the documents necessary for applying are available on www.skgo.org
