GRANTS FOR FARMS

Grants may be obtained for the construction of facilities for pigs, sheep and goats.

The amount of incentives depends on whether the beneficiary is located in marginal areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture or not. If the beneficiary is the marginal area, the amount of incentives is 65% of the price, excluding taxes.

Entitled to receive incentives are the persons entered in the Register of Active Farms:

Physical persons - holders of registered commercial family farms,
Entrepreneurs,

Companies,
Collective farms having at least five members of the cooperative, which are recorded in the Register as members of five different commercial active family farms,

Secondary schools,
Requests for exercising the right to incentives are to be submitted to the Administration for Agricultural Payments, for each calendar year during the period from April 15 to October 15 of the current year.

The maximum total amount of incentives per applicant is 3,500,000 dinars.
