GOVERNMENT ALLOCATED 16.06 BILLION DINARS FOR SUPPORT TO ENTREPRENEURS

Belgrade - Zeljko Sertic, the Minister of Economy, said that the Serbian government believed that the country's economy must be developed by focusing on entrepreneurs, and that is why it had allocated 16.06 billion dinars for providing support to entrepreneurship.

The year of Entrepreneurship will be based on three main pillars - improving the business environment, direct support to entrepreneurs and the development of entrepreneurial spirit.

“Entrepreneurship is freedom, as well as responsibility, "said Minister Sertic, adding that he believed that Serbia could become the country of entrepreneurship in the future.

Minister Sertic said that 99 percent of all enterprises in the EU belong to the small and medium enterprises, which generate 85 percent of all jobs.
