FROM MASKS TO LEGAL ASSISTANCE

Bujanovac - The Development and Democracy Organization (DDO) from Bujanovac has launched several support programs since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic in our country.

The DDO participated in the procurement of masks by organizing women in the Bujanovac municipality to sew masks for the Emergency Room of the Bujanovac Health Center.

In cooperation with the Association of Brandy Producers of Serbia, 70l of alcohol was provided for the Health Center in Bujanovac.

In cooperation with the informal group “Visionaries” that brings together 3D printer owners of Serbia, the DDO provided visors for doctors and nurses at the Bujanovac Health Center.

On Monday, April 6, the Organization for Development and Democracy from Bujanovac launched its Legal Assistance Program during the state of emergency. Bujanovac citizens can contact the legal team of the said organization by filling in the form on http://infoaktivist.org.rs/besplatna-pravna-pomoc-u-vreme-covid-19/ (available in both Serbian and Albanian) as well as via e-mail pravnapomoc@infoaktivist.org.rs.

The Development and Democracy Organization from Bujanovac, in cooperation with its partners, will try to provide further support, so that it could respond to the crisis in the municipalities of Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja. It will also initiate joint activities with interested civil society organizations from South Serbia.
