FIND YOUR PERFECT CAREER!
The "Career Days" project, which the local AIESEC office located at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade has been implementing for twenty two years, seeks to provide support to young people on their path to the careers about which they dream. Known as the largest national fair of training, practices and operations, "Career Days 2016" will be held at the "Crown Plaza" Hotel in New Belgrade on March 15 and 16.
Young people will have the opportunity to familiarize with and learn about the way in which the participants, which have been taking part in the fair for pretty long, do their business operations, such as Delhaize Serbia, Mercator, Gebruder Weiss, Sberbank, E & Y, Strabag, KPMG, Heineken, Metro Cash & Carry, Deloitte, Mol Serbia, PvC and TMF. Apart from them, Air Serbia, Image 3, Tehnomanija, Proctor & Gamble, NLB Bank, Sitel SBA and Leovit are going to take part in this year’s fair.
Visitors will be able to do their CVs or improve them, so that they could be stored in a database that would be available to the said companies over the next year. This type of communication leaves room to managers to contact the candidates for the job or practice at any time.
This year's innovation at the fair is "speed dating," which allows visitors to participate in a job interview, talk with the potential employers and demonstrate their qualities and a desire for perfection, which increase their chances of getting a job. The participating companies stated that the visitors’ average marks during their studies weren’t important, nor was their previous experience, but the desire of young and educated people to work on improving themselves, a willingness to learn and acquire new skills and the knowledge of foreign languages.
