FEW GIRLS FROM SOUTH SERBIA HIRED IN BUJANOVAC AND PRESEVO RESTAURANTS

Vranje – Vranje police said that 32 female persons, who had worked without employment contracts, were identified during the police check of restaurants in Bujanovac and Presevo.  

On the night between August 12 and 13  this year, members of the Police Department in Vranje, in cooperation with the Tourist Inspection, the Tax Administration’s Field Inspection and the Labor Inspection, conducted a thorough check of five restaurants in the area of Bujanovac and Presevo, four of which were in the area of ​​Bujanovac and one in the area of Presevo.

The activity was aimed at establishing the legality of their business operations and if they paid taxes.

It was established that one facility in Bujanovac didn’t have a work permit, the police said.

"32 females, who were from Kosovo and Metohija, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Bujanovac, Loznica, Arandjelovac, Smederevo, Pancevo, Paracin, Trstenik, Koviljaca Spa, Raska, Zrenjanin, as well as two citizens of Albania and one citizen of Macedonia, were identified.  They were all working without employment contracts", it was said in the statement.  

20 police officers and 25 crime law enforcement officers for combating general and economic crime, as well as for fighting against trafficking in and smuggling of human beings, and two crime scene technicians, participated in the activity.
