“EVENING OF ORAL TRADITION 19.12.2017

Medvedja – The Tourist Organization of Medvedja is organizing for the second time in a row the event called the "Evening of Oral Tradition", which will take place at the Medvedja community center at 6 pm on December 28, 2017.

The event’s agenda will be diverse Apart from the performers on traditional musical instruments, such as the bagpipes, the fiddle and the flute, and the performance of a folk ensemble, a film on the old crafts will be promoted. The project of the old crafts is financed by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia, while the Tourist Organization of Medvedja is responsible for it. The project "Oral Tradition of Medvedja," the implementation of which was also supported by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia, will also be promoted at the event.

The second part of the event, which will be held at the hall of the community center in Medvedja, will have to do with the tasting of traditional dishes and drinks.
