EPALE CONFERENCE "DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO DEVELOPING DIGITAL COMPETENCES IN ADULT EDUCATION" (DEADLINE: MARCH 8, 2020)

The Tempus Foundation is organizing a regional EPALE conference called "Different Approaches to Developing Digital Competencies in Adult Education," which will be held on April 2 and 3, 2020, at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade.

The aim of the conference is to initiate discussions on the development of digital competencies in adult education in the region, as well as to exchange good practices and establish cooperation in this field.

The conference is intended for participants who are active in the field of adult education, employees of elementary education schools, centers for adult education, institutions providing vocational training services for teachers, institutions conducting research in the field of adult education, as well as other organizations working in this sector. 

Applying for the participation in the conference runs until March 8, 2020 and can be done through the application form available on  https://sveta.tempus.ac.rs/epale-regionalna-konferencija-2-i-3-april-2020/

Participation in the conference is free of charge and interpretation, too, is provided. In addition, all participants outside Belgrade are provided with travel expenses reimbursement according to the Tempus Foundation's rules, as well as with hotel accommodation between the two days of the conference on the night of April 2. Should any of the participants be prevented from attending the conference, the reservation can be canceled by March 8 via e-mail: adult-education@tempus.ac.rs .

In the case of a large number of applications, consideration will be given to regional representation, while priority will be given to participants registered on the EPALE platform and to those who have not previously participated in the events of the EPALE National Support Team.

EPALE is a platform developed under the Erasmus + program, which enables anyone involved  or interested in adult education in Europe to meet virtually in one place and share their knowledge, experiences, questions and best practices.
