"EDU CARAVAN 2"

Presevo, Bujanovac – The “Green Key” association from Nis implements the project "Edu Caravan 2", which is dedicated to the children of tobacco producers from the municipalities of Presevo and Bujanovac. The project is financed by the "Philip Morris" company, because it wants to invest in the communities in which their tobacco growers live and work.

The "Edu Caravan" team is composed of members of the "Green Key" association, including ecologists, environmentalists and students of the Faculties of Environmental Protection, Mechanical Engineering and Biology. The team also includes the artists, while the Youth Offices in Bujanovac and Presevo jointed the project too. "Edu Caravan 2" is open to all children of tobacco farmers, but also to all interested children from the municipalities of Bujanovac and Presevo.

According to Olivera Milosevic, the Head of the "Green Key" association, the association awards prizes each week and thus encourages the youth to participate in the project. Educators depart daily from Nis to the villages of Reljan and Veliki Trnovac, or to primary schools "Muharem Kadriu" and "the 9th. of May”, where they work with the children from 10 am to 2 pm.

In addition to gaining new skills, participants in “Edu Caravan 2 "will take part in various social and team games. The most active and regular participants will be rewarded, while a joint trip and exhibition of works will be organized at the end of the project.
