26. October 2016.

Bujanovac, Belgrade – The previous weekend will remain etched in the memory of young male and female players of the Bujanovac-based "Mladost" handball club. Over 50 young male and female handball players stayed in Belgrade over the past weekend. On that occasion, the children from South Serbia visited the premises of the Handball Association of Serbia in New Belgrade.

The young handball players had the opportunity to see numerous trophies and medals won in recent decades, while photos of the winners of silver medals at the championships held in Serbia in 2012 and 2013 attracted their special attention.

“Children, we hope that the photos of some of you, too, will be on this wall one day. Everything is possible, while this visit will serve to us as a genuine motivation for further work, "said Nebojsa Mitic, the coach of the "Mladost" handball club.

The club from Bujanovac got balls as gifts from the Handball Association of Serbia, as well as and national team jerseys. Children from the "Mladost" handball club ended the day by being at a match of the Super League of Serbia at the famous temple of handball in Banjica, where they had the opportunity to watch the match between Partizan and Sloga.
