CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE FINANCING OF THE DESIGN AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE REGULATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN ROMA SUBSTANDARD SETTLEMENTS (DEADLINE: MARCH 5, 2020)
The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) has launched a call for proposals for the financing of the development of project and technical documentation for the design and construction of municipal infrastructure in Roma sub-standard settlements, namely:
Water supply systems - Public lighting - Sewage systems - Parcellations and preparations for the purpose of creating the technical basis for infrastructure equipment and arrangement of Roma substandard settlements on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
- Water supply system
- Public lighting
- Sewage system
- Parcellation and pre-parcellation
for the purpose of providing the technical basis for infrastructure fitting out and fiving of Roma substandard settlements in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The terms of the call are as follows:
- The total amount of funds for this public call is 11,795,350.00 dinars.
- The amount of funds allocated per individual application for funding may not exceed the amount of 1,072,305.00 dinars.
- The local self-governmental unit (LSU) from the territory of the Republic of Serbia, which has sub-standard Roma settlements in its territory, has the right to be allocated funds; city municipalities can apply for the call in partnership with the founding city.
- The applicant (LGU or city municipality) may apply with only one application for funding
- Up to 50% of the total value of the project is allowed for co-financing the development of the project technical documentation by the LSU.
The required documentation includes:
- Application for the competition is submitted to SCTM on the form published on the website http://www.skgo.org/konkursi
- The application for the public call is submitted by the local self-governmental unit (or city municipality) in writing on a single form.
Application deadlines and the application method:
- Deadline for submitting applications is: March 5, 2020 (until 3 pm in the case of personal delivery).
- Applications are submitted by post or directly to: Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, Makedonska 22/8, 11000 Belgrade, with the title EU SUPPORT TO ROMA INCLUSION
