BUJANOVAC AUTHORITIES CONTINUE TO INVEST IN INFRASTRUCTURE

Bujanovac – Saip Kamberi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, attended the launch of works on the expansion of the Nesalce – Letovica road. On that occasion, he stressed the importance of the route, for the expansion of which the local self-government had allocated 10.3 million dinars.

“The Nesalce – Letovica road is of particular importance, not only for our community, but also for the municipality of Presevo, since this section of the road links the two municipalities," Mayor Kamberi said.

The completion deadline for a 2.14 km section of the road is one month, while the contractor is the “Saba Belca” company from Presevo.

Bujanovac is also expected to replace the existing street lights with a new and modern lighting system, while a contract for the preparation of project documentation was recently signed for the project, which is worth 1.5 million dinars.

Driton Redzepi, the Deputy Head of the Municipal Administration, said that the costs of public lighting would be reduced thanks to the implementation of that project.
