APPLYING FOR THE PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE CONFERENCE “RE-BOOTH EUROPE” STARTED (Deadline: June 30, 2020)

24. June 2020.

The project of a democratic, peaceful, sustainable, social and prosperous Europe faces one of the greatest challenges in its history today - and not just because of its experience with the corona virus pandemic.

The European societies and citizens are facing the challenge of "restarting" their society and returning to stability, reduction in economic, social and political consequences, the reopening of borders in the Schengen area, re-establishment of limited civil rights and freedoms, including the accountability for and evaluation of crisis experiences at many levels. This is happening in the societies of the EU member states - especially among young people - and in the countries of the Western Balkans that are willing to join the EU.

As a contribution to finding solutions to these challenges and as an incentive to the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Franco-German Youth Office (OFAJ), in cooperation with the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) and partner organizations from France, Germany and the Western Balkans (Cross-Border Factory, YIHR, Peuple et Culture, Une Terre Culturelle, Pangera eV, Pulse of Europe Toulouse) will bring together 100 young people aged 17 to 25 from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, France, Germany, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Serbia for a four-day online conference aimed at discussing the future of Europe, encouraging discussion, dialogue and initiatives among young citizens.

You can fill in the application form for participating in the aforementioned online conference on https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScePdBrwrvxc6uNlG2dJn1UKRj_n_w7ZKhyQVzbnLEV9wJoAg/viewform
