A NEW CHANCE FOR PROFESSIONAL SOLDIERS

Vranje, Bujanovac - The Ministry of Defense and the Army of Serbia issued a new public call for employing professional soldiers at the Army barracks in Vranje and Bujanovac, as well as at the “Jug” Army base.

The call shall be open until the vacancies have been filled, which means that candidates can send their applications to the above-mentioned military posts every working day.

"Potential candidates include all citizens of the Republic of Serbia who have completed military service with weapons and are younger than 30. This will be an opportunity for the employment of new generations of boys and girls who are doing the six-month voluntary military service,” it was said in the text of the call.

Selection of the candidates shall be done in three stages, while each stage will last one day. In the first stage of the selection process, candidates will be subject to a general medical examination and check of their physical abilities. In the second stage of the selection process, candidates will be subject to psychological assessment, while in the third stage, the applicants will be subject to a medical - health assessment.

Employment contracts will be concluded with the best candidates for a limited period of time and they will be admitted to the units of the Army of Serbia for a period of six months, with the possibility of extending their employment contracts for a period of three years and renewing them until they are 40 years old.
